Co-founder
Sean Hung is a co-founder of Ulysses, based in Hong Kong.
He is the founding partner of Chiron Group, a technology private equity firm with more than twenty portfolio companies. He was previously a director at Diginex, a Hong Kong fintech company, through its NASDAQ listing, and before that in debt capital markets at Cantor Fitzgerald and fixed income at Wellington Management.
He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BSBA from Bryant University.

Jack Deng is a partner at Ulysses, based in Shenzhen.
He is business director at FORMS Design, where he leads commercial work with robotics, advanced manufacturing and consumer hardware companies. He previously ran an import-export and logistics company in Shenzhen for six years, founded retail businesses of his own, and began his career at Colliers International.
He holds a BS in Management from Bryant University.

Eric Luo is a partner at Ulysses, based in Shenzhen.
He is a partner at FORMS Design, where he runs operations and its work with robotics and consumer hardware companies. Over fifteen years he has opened and operated commercial venues across China, as general manager of Zhigaole in Shenzhen and as head of location-based entertainment at Sunac Culture.
He holds a law degree from Shenzhen University.
